江苏省滁河流域水量分配方案研究

摘要:

以江苏省滁河流域为研究对象,根据水资源配置方案和用水总量控制指标分解成果,统筹考虑地表地下转换、干流与支流、河道内与河道外用水、用水与消耗等关系,合理确定江苏省滁河流域各市水量分配方案,提出重要控制断面和控制指标,促进水资源合理配置、维系良好生态环境和节约保护水资源。
