水性砂浆盲道现浇施工技术研究

摘要:

本文从环境条件、施工和易性、模板处理、脱模时机、边角处治、着色工艺几方面研究了水性砂浆盲道现浇施工关键控制参数,铺筑了试验段,试验段包括施工前准备、基面再处理、砂浆拌和、砂浆抹平、脱模及边角处治、养护和表面着色施工工序。试验段应用效果表明,现浇水性砂浆盲道施工简便,力学性能、耐久性和外观状态良好。

Abstract:

In this paper, the key control parameters of cast-in-place construction of water-based mortar blind channel are studied from the aspects of environmental conditions, construction workability, formwork treatment, demoulding timing, corner treatment, and surface coloring. Preparation, base surface retreatment, mortar mixing, mortar leveling, demoulding and corner treatment, maintenance and surface coloring construction processes. The application effect of the test section shows that the construction of the cast-in-place water-based mortar blind channel is simple and the mechanical properties, durability and appearance are good.
