    摘要:

    随着国家对环保事业的重视程度不断提升,污水处理厂的出水标准也在逐步提高。本文以浙江省温岭市某污水处理厂为例,介绍高出水标准条件下的污水厂设计,以期为同类型污水厂设计提供可参考借鉴的解决方案。该工程设计规模5万m3/d,出水执行《台州市城镇污水处理厂出水指标及标准限值》(试行)地表水准IV类水标准。设计对以往进出水水质数据进行全方位多角度分析,针对该厂进水低碳高氮磷的特点,为充分利用污水中的碳源,最大程度降低脱氮和除磷对碳源的争夺,工程拟采用改良型A/A/O工艺;针对出水总磷和SS要求较高的情况,工程创新性采用“气浮+气水反冲洗滤池”组合工艺。

    Abstract:

    SAs the country attaches more importance to environmental protection, the effluent standards of sewage treatment plants are also gradually improving. Taking the sewage treatment plant in Wenling City as an example, this paper introduces the design of a sewage plant under the condition of high effluent standard, in order to provide a reference solution for the design of the same type of sewage plant. The design scale of the project is 50000 m3/d, and the effluent will comply with the "Taizhou Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Effluent Index and Standard Limits" (trial implementation) surface level Class IV water standard. It is designed to carry out all-round and multi-angle analysis of the previous water quality data.In view of the characteristics of low carbon and high nitrogen and phosphorus in the influent of the plant, in order to make full use of the carbon source in the sewage and minimize the competition for carbon source by denitrification and phosphorus removal, the project plans to adopt an improved A/A/O process. In view of the high requirements for total phosphorus and SS in the effluent, the project innovatively adopts the combined process of "air flotation + air-water backwashing filter".
