超深土工膜复合防渗墙施工技术概述及应用

土工膜复合防渗墙施工技术是一种防渗性能高、环保的施工工艺。其关键技术包括成槽、垂直铺膜、填充料的回填、防渗墙的接头施工。成槽施工设备包括液压抓斗、铣槽机、TRD、锯槽机等,铺膜方法有重力沉膜法、振动插入法、插入式,填充料有土与膨润土的混合填充、低标号混凝土、自凝灰浆、塑性混凝土等。接头形式有搭接式和锁扣式。本文介绍了三种土工膜复合防渗墙的施工工艺,并介绍了其应用范围。

Abstract:

Geo-membrane composite impervious wall is a high impermeable and environmental construction technology. The key technologies process include trenching construction, vertical membrane laying, back filler and impervious wall joint construction. Trenching construction equipment cover hydraulic grab, double wheel trench cuter, TRD, saw slot machine and so on. Vertical membrane laying method contain gravity sink membrane, vibrating insert, inserting, filler include soil and bentonite mixture fill, weak concrete and self-setting mortar,plastic concrete. Joint type include overlap joint and latch joint. This paper introduce the construction technology of three kinds of Geo-membrane composite impervious wall and its application range.
