磁吸式防渗膜截渗墙关键施工技术研究

    摘要:

    HDPE防渗膜截渗墙目前还未进行大范围推广,但其良好防渗性能已在实际项目中得到验证。根据xx磁吸式防渗膜截渗墙项目,对防渗膜截渗墙的优化-磁吸式防渗膜截渗墙施工关键技术进行研究,包括施工工艺流程中的胶磁粘贴、防渗膜卷膜、铺膜、防渗膜搭接处处理、锁扣管松动顶拔。结果表明,磁吸式防渗膜截渗墙施工过程中,胶磁粘贴位置须提前设置;防渗膜卷膜须根据防渗膜下放次序进行调整;铺膜过程须配置合理配重进行;防渗膜搭接处须进行压膜处理以保证搭接效果;锁扣管顶拔前松动处理时间须进行有效控制避免墙体损坏或顶拔困难的情况出现。结合施工过程关键施工技术,给出了部分合理施工建议,以期为类似工程提供新的参考。

    Abstract:

    HDPE anti-seepage membrane cut-off wall has not been widely promoted yet, but its good anti-seepage performance has been verified in practical projects. According to the project of xx magnetic anti-seepage membrane cut-off wall project, the optimization of anti-seepage membrane cut-off wall,its key technology of magnetic suction anti-seepage membrane cut-off wall construction is studied, including glue magnetic paste, anti-seepage membrane rolling, film laying, treatment of lap joints of anti-seepage membrane rolling, loosening and pulling of locking tube. The results show that during the construction of the magnetic anti-seepage membrane cut-off wall, the adhesive magnetic sticking position must be set in advance. The rolling of anti-seepage membrane must be adjusted according to the order of the anti-seepage membrane. The membrane laying process must be equipped with reasonable counterweights. The lap joint of the anti-seepage membrane must be lamination treated to ensure the effectiveness of lap joints. The loosening treatment time before the locking tube pulled out must be effectively controlled to avoid wall damage or difficulty in pulling out. Combined with the key construction techniques in the construction process, some reasonable construction suggestions are given in order to provide new references for similar projects.
