    摘要:

    超高性能混凝土,亦称UHPC,具有超高强度、超高韧性、低渗透性和高体积稳定性等性能特点,可以大大减轻 结构自重、提高耐久性。湖南省湘潭市“两干”(潭州大道(湘潭段)、芙蓉大道(湘潭段)快速化改造)项目中,新建了18座人行天桥,均采用了UPHC材料,属国内首次在桥梁主体结构中大规模应用了π型梁截面的UPHC人行天桥。本文着重介绍了该桥的设计与施工要点,表明了UPHCπ型梁在同类桥梁中具有大规模推广的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Ultra-High Performance Concrete, shorten as UHPC, is featured with ultra-high intensity, ultra-high toughness, low permeability and High volume stability. It could greatly reduce the weight of the structure itself and improve the durability. In the project of The improvement of Tanzhou Road and Furong Road in Xiangtan city, Hunan province, 18 pedestrian overcrossings were built with UPHC, which was also the first time in China to use UPHC π-shape beam in the main strucutre of crossing. This article focuses on introducing the design and construction of such mentioned crossings, so to prove the value of massively applying UPHC π-shape beam.
