某盾构隧道施工对周边建筑物影响分析

    摘要:

    盾构隧道施工会引起周围地层位移,从而对周边建筑物产生不利影响。为保证施工过程中周边建筑物的安全,项目实施前需要进行安全评估。依托浙江宁波某在建盾构隧道工程项目,通过MIDAS GTS三维有限元分析软件对盾构隧道的掘进过程进行了模拟,分析不同程度施工扰动作用下建筑物的沉降位移。并结合当地盾构隧道施工的地表沉降监测数据,对上部建筑物的安全进行评估,提出盾构施工监测数据的关键控制指标。分析结果表明对于该工程,在盾构隧道的掘进施工过程中,位于其上方的建筑物安全可靠。通过该方法可以用既有的施工监测数据对建筑物沉降进行预测,为相关工程提供方法指导。

    Abstract:

    Displacement of surrounding strata caused by shield tunnel construction has an adverse impact on the adjacent buildings. For the sake of adjacent buildings safety during construction, safety evaluation should be carried out before project implementation. Based on a real shield tunnel project under construction in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, tunneling processes of shield tunnel were simulated by three-dimensional finite element analysis using Midas GTS software. Settlements of buildings during shield tunnel construction were analyzed using the FEM result. Safety assessment of adjacent structures was conducted with the reported settlement monitoring data of local shield tunnel construction. Then the key indexes of shield construction monitoring data were proposed based on the numerical simulation. The analysis results indicated that the buildings above the shield tunnel would be safe and reliable in tunneling construction. This research proposed an effective way for adjacent building settlement prediction which would provide method guidance for related projects.
