Abstract:SAccording to the structural characteristics of a segmental prestressed glue-joint concrete box beam with non-standard gauge and non-standard live load, a static load test is carried out to verify the mechanical properties of the segmental beam under the test load. The test results show that no stress crack is found in the beam under the maximum control load, the measured maximum deflection span ratio of box beam under static live load is 1/3613, the decrease of the measured maximum compressive stress at the bottom of the beam is less than the theoretical calculation value, indicating that segmental gluing will not become a weak part of the structure, the crack resistance of the structure, the stiffness of the bridge and the stress at the bottom of the box beam are consistent with the design expectation, and the structural design has a certain degree of safety. This test method verifies the theoretical model through the field load test data, which has the characteristics of accurate results and high efficiency, and provides practical experience for the design and construction of similar segmental glue-joint prestressed concrete box beam.
