近年来,各地汛期发生的内涝灾害造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失,城市排水防涝逐渐成为人们关注焦点。该文阐述了苏州某区域2021年10月10日暴雨积水情况及其原因分析,并有针对性地从规划、设计、施工、养护和管理等方面提出改善暴雨积水的防治建议,以利于该区域经济和社会发展。

Abstract:

In recent years, waterlogging disasters in flood seasons have caused heavy casualties and property losses. Urban drainage and waterlogging prevention has gradually become the focus of attention.SThe article analyzes the main causes of the rainstorm waterlog on October 10, 2021in an area of Suzhou, and puts forward the preventive measures to improve the rainstorm waterlog specially from the aspects of planning, design ,construction ,maintenance and management to be favorable for the harmonious development of the economy and society in this area.
