特大跨度自锚式悬索桥主缆系统防护体系设计

    摘要:

    以云龙湾大桥主桥为背景,系统介绍了(30+80+205+80+30)m双塔自锚式悬索桥主缆系统防护体系设计情况。大桥共设置2根主缆,竖直平行索面[1]。单根主缆由27股索股组成,每股索股包含91丝高强镀锌铝合金平行钢丝。通过对国内悬索桥主缆防护体系应用现状调研分析,设计采用在传统缠丝涂装防护体系基础上,增加主缆除湿系统进行主缆防护,于缆内持续循环通入干燥空气,以保证运营阶段大桥主缆耐久性;同时对主缆相应配件进行防腐设计,并为方便检修,在主缆顶面设检修道。通过防护体系、检修措施的设计,保证了主缆的长久耐用,可为悬索桥相关设计提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the background of Yunlongwan bridge,the design of the protection system for the main cable system of the twin towers self-anchored suspension bridge with the (30+80+205+80+30) m span arrangement are systematically introduced in this paper. There are two main cables in tow parallel vertical planes designed to this bridge. Each cable consists of 27 strands, each of which contains 91 high-strength parallel wires galvanized with Zn-Al alloys.By the investigation and analysis of the application of the main cable protection system of suspension bridges in china,the traditional technology of main cable wrapping and painting protection system are designed to the bridge with the additional adoption of the main cable dehumidification system that blows the dry air into the main cable structure continuously and circularly to ensure the durability of the main cable of the bridge in operation stage.The anti-corrosion measures are designed for the corresponding accessories of the main cable ,and for the convenience of maintenance, the path for inspecting and repairing is set on the top of the main cable. The design of the protection system and maintenance measures makes the main cable system of Yunlongwan bridge stans wear and tear, which can also provides some references for the practice of the suspension bridge design.
