空间发散独拱波浪式钢架组合体系景观钢桥制造关键技术研究

摘要:

空间发散独拱波浪式钢架组合体系应用于深圳梦海前湾景观钢桥，其钢拱为三根空间发散拱肋，同时拱肋耳板需要与钢架、钢横联、桥面锚点精准定位，配合要求精确制造难度极高。本文对桥面上部结构的钢拱、钢架、钢横联的制造难点进行了分区介绍并针对其难点制定出相应的解决办法，起到了良好的效果。本项目制造精度和质量达到了较高的水平，并实现良好的社会效益，可为今后类似组合体系景观钢桥的制造提供指导及借鉴。

Abstract:

The spatial divergent single-arch waved steel frame system is applied for the steel landscape bridge in Menghai Qianwan of Shenzhen. Its steel arches are three spatial divergent arch ribs. Meanwhile, the arch rib ear plate needs to be precisely positioned with the steel frame, steel cross link and bridge deck anchor. It is very difficult to manufacture accurately. The manufacturing difficulties of steel arch, steel frame and steel cross link of the deck superstructure are introduced respectively. And the relevant solutions are worked out for these difficulties with the good effects. The manufacture precision and quality of this project reach a high level, and the good social benefits are achieved.
