长治市主城区交通拥堵缓解对策研究

随着城市经济的发展和城镇化步伐的加快,长治市城区面积不断扩大,机动车保有量持续增加,城市交通拥堵越来越严重,人们出行成本越来越高,探讨长治市交通病的缓解对策已迫在眉睫。本文首先依据长治市总体规划和长治高新区总体规划,对长治市的城市定位、规划结构和规划路网进行了分析解读,针对现状长治市中心城区现状交通存在的问题,从构建快速路系统和“井”字形骨干交通走廊、完善主干路网及加快建设次支路等4个方面提出了缓解中心城区尤其是主城区拥堵的对策。

With the development of urban economy and the acceleration of the pace of urbanization, the urban area of Changzhi continues to expand, motor vehicle ownership continues to increase, urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious, people"s travel costs are becoming higher and higher, the discussion of changzhi traffic disease alleviation measures is imminent. Based on the overall planning of Changzhi and the overall planning of Changzhi High-tech Zone, this paper analyzes and interprets the urban positioning, planning structure and planned road network of Changzhi. In view of the existing traffic problems in the current central district of Changzhi, The countermeasures are put forward to alleviate the congestion in the central city, especially in the main city, from four aspects of constructing the expressway system, the backbone traffic corridor of "井”shape, perfecting the main road network and speeding up the construction of secondary branches.
