    摘要:

    基于河湖底泥水热固化生产工艺的系统研究,结合河湖底泥资源化产品在G15嘉浏段拓宽改建工程项目的应用经验,提出河湖底泥在绿色道路建设方面的应用技术,包括路面砖、路缘石、排水构造物、护坡砌块等底泥制产品的设计指标及施工工艺。针对1块河湖底泥标准砖进行了LCA评价,相较于传统的粘土实心标准砖和混凝土标准砖,其具有6项环境影响类型指标优势,并根据生命周期3E影响评价结果给出了相应研究和生产建议。河湖底泥资源化绿色道路产品在工程应用中取得了良好的经济、社会和环境效益,对城市河道生态建设具有借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Based on the systematic research on the hydrothermal solidification production process of river and lake sediments, combined with the application experience of river and lake sediment resource products in the G15 Jialiu section widening and reconstruction project, the application technology of river and lake sediments in green road construction is proposed, including pavement bricks, road Design indicators and construction techniques for bottom mud products such as edge stones, drainage structures, and slope protection blocks. The LCA evaluation was carried out for a standard brick of river and lake sediment. Compared with the traditional clay solid standard brick and concrete standard brick, it has the advantages of 6 environmental impact type indicators, and the corresponding research is given according to the life cycle 3E impact assessment results. and production recommendations. The green road products of river and lake sediment recycling have achieved good economic, social and environmental benefits in engineering applications, which have reference significance for urban river ecological construction.
