Abstract:In recent years, intensive promotions and practices of sponge city construction has been going on in different cities, in urban road design, sponge city facilities could be utilized to effectively control the total annual runoff control rate and the reduction rate of runoff pollutants. According to the theoretical calculation method and combined with construction examples, this study explores the selection of sponge city facilities for roads with different road widths and longitudinal slopes, and provides forward suggestions, which could offer references for the sponge city design of urban roads.
