    摘要:

    为了提高沥青面层的抗裂性能,根据抗裂型级配的特点初步拟定了一组级配,以抗裂性能作为筛选级配的依据,再通过高温性能、低温性能与水温性能进一步优选。结果表明:抗裂型级配在SCB试验下的断裂能优于AC-13中,不同失效概率下的抗裂型级配的等效疲劳寿命至少可提升22%;抗裂型级配的高温性能试验结果趋势一致,动稳定度均低于AC-13中,但抗剪强度部分优于AC-13中;随着抗裂型级配细料含量与油石比的增加,表现出低温性能与水稳性能均优于AC-13中。通过抗裂性能与路用性能的优选,确定了抗裂型面层级配的范围。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the crack resistance of the asphalt surface, a group of gradations was initially drawn up according to the characteristics of the crack-resistant gradation, and the crack resistance was used as the basis for screening the gradation, and then the high temperature performance, low temperature performance and water temperature performance were further optimized. The results show that the fracture energy of the crack-resistant gradation under the SCB test is better than that of AC-13, and the equivalent fatigue life of the crack-resistant gradation under different failure probabilities can be increased by at least 22%; The trend of performance test results is consistent, the dynamic stability is lower than that of AC-13, but the shear strength is better than that of AC-13. The water stability performance is better than that of AC-13. Through the optimization of crack resistance and road performance, the range of crack resistance profile layer configuration is determined.
