超大直径盾构空推过站方案及重难点

    摘要:

    通过对滚筒或滚杠法、小车拖运法、滑动牵引法等多种过站方法的分析,提出了大直径盾构空推过站的新思路和方法。大盾构在钢筋混凝土基座上前行,通过底部拼装管片提供后靠力进行前行,技术上可行,经济上更合理。通过对过站流程的梳理,分析了过站施工的主要重难点在于:基座结构与工作井内部结构的相协调性;过站施工的减摩与辅助措施;纵向运输的保障措施。国内在大直径盾构过站方面经验较少,本工程提出的空推过站方法对类似项目具有很好借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of drum or roller method, trolley haulage method, sliding traction method and other passing methods, a new idea of empty push passing of large-diameter shield was put forward. The large shield moved forward on the reinforced concrete base and provided back force through the bottom assembled segments. It was technically feasible and economically more reasonable. By combing the station passing process, main difficulties of station passing construction were analysed as follows: The coordination between the base structure and the internal structure of the working well; Friction reduction and auxiliary measures for station crossing construction; Safeguard measures for vertical transportation. There was little experience in large-diameter shield passing station in China. The method of empty push passing station proposed has a good reference for similar projects.
