软土地质超大超深钻孔桩成孔施工技术研究

摘要:

以金丽温高速公路东延线工程TJ03标段机场枢纽为实例,主要分析在填海围垦区域,软土地质条件下超大、超深钻孔灌注桩成孔施工的质量控制。主要包含成孔工艺、设备选型、工效分析、成孔质量控制要点及保证措施。根据不同的成孔设备,从能耗、工效、成孔质量进行对比论证,结合项目实施的实际情况配置设备。

Abstract:

Taking the airport hub of the TJ03 bid section of the east extension line of Jinliwen Expressway as an example, this paper mainly analyzes the quality control of the construction of super-large and super-deep bored piles in the reclamation area and soft soil conditions. It mainly includes hole forming process, equipment selection, ergonomics analysis, key points of hole forming quality control and guarantee measures.
