Abstract:Taking the slope adjustment and jacking of one three-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge as the engineering background, the mechanical behavior of non-synchronous displacement difference among the piers in bridge jacking and its control methods are studied. Firstly, the grillage model and parameter analysis method are used to compare the jacking displacement difference among the piers. And at the same time, the impact of transverse jacking displacement of bridge on the main structure is considered to accurately assess the impact of non-synchronous effect of jacking piers on the stress of bridge. Based on the structure stress, three displacement orders are proposed, and then the quantitative analysis of performance control based on displacement difference is proposed. Secondly, based on the anti-crack control requirements of the main beam, the non-synchronous displacement difference of pier is proposed to balance the jacking construction quality, and analyze the impact of this displacement difference on the stress performance of the structure, which provides the referring thought for judging the safety of jacking construction quickly. Finally, the performance control method of non-synchronous displacement magnitude is verified by the engineering implementation of practical projects and the relative monitoring data, which provides the reference for the similar projects.
