在国外公路项目施工中遇到的问题及解决措施

近年来国家提出“一带一路“建设重大倡议，为中国和海外国家发展合作注入了新的动力，中国企业在海外市场承揽工程的力度不断加大，规模不断提升，因此如何立足于海外市场，提升企业品牌，面对复杂的施工环境和人文环境赢得利润成为众多企业的难题。本文主要从哈萨克斯坦国家公路工程施工中遇到的环境、人员、机械、材料等常见问题进行分析和提出解决措施，希望能够为更多初涉国外项目的企业在公路施工中提供宝贵经验，使得企业能够赢得市场。

Abstract:

Countries in recent years all the way "area" the construction of major initiatives, for the development of Chinese and foreign country injected new momentum of cooperation, the Chinese enterprises in overseas markets strength increasing of the engineering contracting, scale, therefore how to base on the overseas market, improve enterprise brand, facing the complex construction environment and humane environment win profits becomes the problem that many enterprises. This paper mainly analyzes the common problems encountered in the construction of kazakhstan national highway engineering, such as environment, personnel, machinery, materials and so on, and proposes solutions, hoping to provide valuable experience for more enterprises involved in foreign projects in highway construction, so that enterprises can win the market.
