降雨量对城市内河径流污染控制的影响

    摘要:

    针对由地表径流造成城市内河污染的问题,直接有效的控制手段以改善城市内河水质的状况是当前的难点。本研究试图通过降雨量找到突破口,根据气象部门的降雨量来提前做出控制,减少径流污染对河道水质造成的污染。利用MIKE 11构建河网模型,通过分析全年天气条件,得出了不同水质参数COD、NH3-N、TP在河道空间的降解状况,以及对超V类水情况下的降雨量进行了量化。城市两条内河分析结果表明:通过雨污分流整治,城市内河在晴天时均可达到V类水;雨天时,COD与NH3-N超V类的降雨量在气象部门降雨等级里在中到大雨区间;TP在中雨、中到大雨两个区间。下一步为决策者在雨季河道控污方面提供理论依据和技术支持。

    Abstract:

    In view of the pollution of urban inland river caused by surface runoff, it is difficult to improve the water quality of urban inland river by direct and effective control means. This study tries to find a breakthrough through rainfall, according to the rainfall of the meteorological department to make control in advance, reduce the pollution caused by runoff pollution to river water quality. By using MIKE 11 to build a river network model, the degradation status of different water quality parameters COD, NH3-N and TP in river channel space was obtained by analyzing the weather conditions of the whole year, and the precipitation beyond the V Class water condition was quantified. The analysis results of the two urban inland rivers show that the urban inland rivers can reach V Class water in sunny days by the rain and sewage diversion regulation. On rainy days, the rainfall of COD and NH3-N exceeding V Class water is in the range of medium to heavy rain in the rainfall grade of meteorological department. TP is between moderate rain and moderate to heavy rain. The next step is to provide theoretical basis and technical support for decision makers in river pollution control in rainy season.
