某污水处理厂污泥深度脱水工艺的探讨与设计

    摘要:

    以东莞某污水处理厂污泥深度脱水工艺的选择和设计为例,通过对三种不同污泥处理工艺组合在占地面积、总投资、运行成本等经济技术指标方面的比选,得出三种不同污泥处理工艺组合的适用情况。同时,根据本工程用地和资金紧张的情况,确定本工程污泥处理工艺流程为“储泥池+机械浓缩+药剂调理+超高压板框压滤脱水”,并深化污泥深度脱水工艺设计,将污泥含水率降低至60%以下,可为同类工程设计提供经验参考。

    Abstract:

    Take the design of sludge deep dewatering process of a waste water treatment plant in Dongguan as an example, through the economic and technical analysis, such as floor space、total investment、operating cost and so on, and comparison of three different sludge treatment process combinations, application situation of the three different sludge treatment process combinations are obtained. At the same time, according to the shortage of floor space and total investment of this project, the “mud-storge basin + mechanical thickening + Pharmacy conditionging + Ultra high pressure plate and frame filtration” process is used as sludge treatment process, and then the sludge deep dewatering process is detailed designed, water content of the sludge could be controlled at below 60%, which provides a reference for similar engineering design experience.
