Analysis on Operational State of Road Traffic in Changning District of Shanghai in 2021

摘要:

为了优化道路使用功能与运行效率、提高道路设施服务水平,对上海市长宁区2021年道路交通运行情况进行了分析,梳理现状问题并提出改善建议。首先分析道路基础设施建设情况；其次基于上海市交通信息采集系统,从快速路、交叉口、主要干道三个层面进行交通运行情况的评价；并结合区域内重大项目的交通影响分析,对区域交通运行和管理状况进行系统性的评估,提供未来交通发展趋势研判；最后提出长宁区近期道路交通建设计划和改善建议。

Abstract:

In order to optimize the using function and operation efficiency of road and improve the service level of road facilities, the operation state of road traffic in Changning District of Shanghai in 2021 is analyzed. The situation problems are sorted out and the suggestions for improvement are proposed. Firstly, the construction of road infrastructure is analyzed. Then, based on the Shanghai Traffic Information Collection System, the traffic operating situation is evaluated from three levels of expressway, intersection and main trunk road. Combined with the traffic impact analysis of the major projects in the region, the regional traffic operation and management are systematically evaluated, and the future traffic development trend is studied and judged. Finally, the construction plan and improvement suggestions for the short-term road traffic in Changning District are proposed.
