城市新区公共停车规划思考与探索——以南汇新城为例

本文重点分析了城市新区引发停车问题的主要原因,针对新城自身特点与不同用地类型提出计算停车缺口的精细化预测方法。进一步提出应以服务对象为前提,以推动落实为目的的公共停车场选址与规模测算的具体原则与优化思路,最后以上海南汇新城为案例,提出新城区公共停车场规划的优化改善建议。

Abstract:

This paper mainly analyzes the parking problem in urban new area,and propose a refined prediction method for calculating parking gap according to the characteristics of new urban areas and different land types。Further put forward the specific principles and optimization ideas location selection and scale calculation of public parking lots that should be baesd on the premise of service object and the purpose of promoting implementation. Finally, taking Shanghai Nanhui new town as an example, this paper provides some improvement suggestions for the public parking planning of Nanhui new town.
