    摘要:

    中国的公路建设发展迅速,公路隧道建设的规模和数量在逐年增加。隧道内传统路面表现出一定的弊端,隧道空间较封闭,用沥青混凝土也有潜在的风险。本研究采用不同的阻燃剂制备阻燃沥青,通过氧指数试验、直接燃烧试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验等方法,分析不同的复掺阻燃剂对沥青混合料的阻燃性能和路用性能影响。研究结果表明:自制的阻燃剂有良好的阻燃效果,最佳掺量为6%,掺入阻燃剂可以使沥青混合料的高温性能有所提高,低温性能有所改善,水稳定性有所降低,减少了燃烧时间,燃烧后的残留动稳定度有一定程度的提升,即复掺阻燃剂可以在很大程度上改善沥青混合料的阻燃性能。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of highway construction in China, the scale and number of highway tunnel construction are increasing year by year. The traditional pavement in the tunnel shows some disadvantages. The tunnel space is relatively closed, and asphalt concrete also has potential risks. In this study, different flame retardants were used to prepare flame retardant asphalt. Through oxygen index test, direct combustion test, rutting test, low temperature bending test, immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test and other methods, the effects of different mixed flame retardants on the flame retardant performance and road performance of asphalt mixture were analyzed. The results show that the self-made flame retardant has good flame retardant effect, and the optimal content is 6 %. The incorporation of flame retardant can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture, improve the low temperature performance, reduce the water stability, reduce the combustion time, and improve the residual dynamic stability after combustion to a certain extent. That is, the compound flame retardant can greatly improve the flame retardant performance of asphalt mixture.
