Abstract:In the new era of high-quality development of infrastructure, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has requested urban physical examinations. Urban roads are important urban infrastructure. In recent years, urban roads have shown new development trends such as comprehensive attention to people"s lifestyles and emphasis on overall spatial design. However, there is no relatively complete physical examination standard for urban roads. Therefore, it is necessary to build an evaluation index system for urban road physical examination. The construction of the evaluation index system on urban road physical examination adopts the principle of combining quantitative methods and qualitative methods and the principle of combining bottom-line indicators and guiding indicators. The construction of the evaluation index system on urban road physical examination is composed by 6 quality improvement goals including convenient transportation, safety and order, ecological livability, style and features, diversity and inclusiveness, and information intelligence and 29 physical examination evaluation indicators. The construction of the evaluation index system on urban road physical examination comprehensively covers each component module and construction process of urban roads and can provide guidance and evaluation basis for urban road physical examination and quality improvement.
