    摘要:

    苏州市吴中区东山镇作为苏州市吴中区生态涵养区重要组成部分,乡镇的内河绝大部分沟通太湖,内河水质对太湖水质有一定的影响。由于周边地块内部雨、污水管道的混接、错接,加上周边农业面源污染,导致河道排河口非雨出流的现象严重,对周边水环境造成严重的污染。故本项目根据《苏州生态涵养实验发展区规划》和《省政府关于印发江苏省水污染防治工作方案的通知》[1]提出的规划目标,结合对河道水质的监测结果,针对水质较差、断头浜等河道,采取控源截污、生态疏浚、生态修复等多种整治措施,确保河道水质稳定达标。后期结合农田面源污染控制、非雨出流溯源调查等多种手段,最终达到太湖东部湖区Ⅲ类水质的目标。

    Abstract:

    Dongshan Town, Wuzhong District, Suzhou City is an important part of the ecological conservation area of Wuzhong District, Suzhou City. Most of the inland rivers in the township communicate with Taihu Lake, and the water quality of inland rivers has a certain impact on the water quality of Taihu Lake. Due to the mixed connection and misconnection of rainwater and sewage pipes in the surrounding plots, and the pollution of the surrounding agricultural non-point sources, the phenomenon of non-rainwater outflow from the river estuary is serious, causing serious pollution to the surrounding water environment. Therefore, this project is based on the planning objectives proposed in the "Planning of Suzhou Ecological Conservation Experimental Development Zone" and the "Notice of the Provincial Government on Printing and Distributing the Work Plan for Water Pollution Prevention and Control in Jiangsu Province", combined with the monitoring results of water quality. For rivers with poor quality and broken heads, various remediation measures such as source control and sewage interception, ecological dredging and ecological restoration are adopted to ensure that the water quality of the river is stable and meets the standard. In the later stage, combined with various methods such as farmland non-point source pollution control and non-rainfall outflow traceability investigation, the goal of Class III water quality in the eastern Taihu Lake area was finally achieved.
