    机场快速路南延南段(绕城高速——岳林东路)工程施工V标段为公轨共建双层高架桥,下层为预制U型梁,上层为预制小箱梁。现重点介绍采用一台架桥机实现双层预制梁同步架设的施工技术,制定两种不同的吊装方案,有效地解决了梁厂存梁台座有限的难题。对高压线下双层预制梁吊装进行详细的工况分析和安全性验算,解决了高压线下作业安全风险大的难题。该施工技术科学有效,能保证工程质量和现场安全,对今后类似工程施工具有重要的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    The construction section V of the Airport Expressway South Extension Section (Ring Expressway - East Yuelin Road) Project is a highway-rail co-constructed double-deck elevated bridge. Its lower deck is the prefabricated U-shaped girder and its upper deck is the prefabricated small box beam. The construction technology of using a bridge girder erection machine to realize the synchronous erection of double-deck prefabricated girders is specially introduced. Two different hoisting schemes are developed to effectively solve the difficulties of limited girder pedestal in girder manufactory. The detailed construction analysis and safety checking calculation are carried out for the hoisting of double-deck prefabricated girders under the high-voltage power lines. The problems of hoisting under high-voltage power line with the great safety risk are solved. This construction technology is scientific and effective, which can guarantee the engineering quality and field safety, and have the important guiding significance for the construction of the similar projects.
