无锡市某道路污水主管采用机械螺旋缠绕修复工程案例

摘要:

无锡市某道路DN600管管身和管道接口处均出现不同程度的破裂和脱节等结构性缺陷，经比较分析采用机械式螺旋缠绕管技术修复，工程取得了较好的效果。通过对机械式螺旋缠绕管技术原理、设计重点、施工流程及质量控制要点等分析，总结该法具有可带水作业、不影响过流、施工简洁迅速等优点。

Abstract:

The DN600 pipe body and pipe interface of a road in Wuxi have structural defects such as cracking and disconnection to varying degrees, After comparison and analysis, the mechanical spiral wound pipe technology is adopted for repair, The project has achieved good results.Through the analysis of the technical principle, design key points, construction process and quality control points of mechanical spiral wound pipe,It is concluded that this method has the advantages of water carrying operation, no impact on overflow, simple and rapid construction and so on.
