    超薄沥青罩面在各种等级公路路面的养护工程中的应用已十分广泛,但更为环保和更为便捷的冷铺超薄沥青罩面技术的进展始终较慢,阻碍其推广的关键在于能否抵抗自身的水损害和封住水向路面结构渗入,一直是工程人员较质疑和关心的重点。因此本文将基于试验工程为依托,研究了两大关键影响因素变化下的冷铺超薄沥青罩面的水稳定性能,结果显示取到了最佳SBS改性乳化沥青用量值即4%时,使冻融TSR值达到最大并满足路用要求,同时当水泥用量小于1.0%时,TSR值大幅提升,超过1.0%时,厂拌冷铺超薄混合料水稳定性改善不明显,通过试验工程的回访发现使用SBS改性乳化沥青的厂拌冷铺超薄的工程试验段性能良好,效果封水能力较好,很好的延缓了原路面老化和开裂。

    Abstract:

    Ultra-thin asphalt overlay has been widely used in the maintenance engineering of highway pavements of various grades. However, the progress of cold-paved ultrathin asphalt overlay technology with more environmental protection and more convenience is always slow. The key to hinder its popularization lies in whether it can resist its own water damage and seal the water infiltration into the pavement structure. Therefore, based on the test project, the water stability of cold-paved ultrathin asphalt overlay under the changes of two key influencing factors is studied. The results show that the optimal SBS modified emulsified asphalt content is obtained by 4%, which maximizes the freeze-thaw TSR value and meets the pavement requirements. At the same time, when the cement content is less than 1.0 %, the TSR value is significantly increased. When the cement content is more than 1.0 %, the water stability of the plant-mixed cold-paved ultrathin mixture is not significantly improved. Through the return visit of the test project, it is found that the engineering test section used of the plant-mixed cold-paved ultrathin SBS modified emulsified asphalt has good performance and good water sealing ability, which can well delay the aging and cracking of the original pavement.
