基于街道理念的城市道路品质提升设计方法研究

摘要:

近些年,国家积极推进城市治理,使得城市道路品质提升成为实现城市品质提升改善的核心。以往多年城市道路设计仍以功能完善为主要目的,未脱离市政道路的工程属性范畴,无法从实质上达到改善城市品质的目的。伴随着城市道路向街道理念转变时代的来临,借鉴国内外街道理念,形成了理念目标设计法、类型设计法、使用者群体需求设计法、空间组成全要素设计法等四种典型的城市道路品质提升设计方法。这些方法为城市道路品质提升设计开拓了新的思路和方向,对城市道路乃至整体城市空间环境高品质的提升设计都有很好指导、推动意义。

Abstract:

In recent years, the state has actively promoted urban governance, making the improvement of urban road quality the core of urban quality improvement. In the past years, the main purpose of urban road design is still to improve the function, which is not separated from the engineering attribute category of municipal roads, and can not substantially achieve the purpose of improving urban quality. With the advent of the era of urban road changing to the street concept, drawing on the street concepts at home and abroad, four typical design methods for improving the quality of urban roads have been formed, including the idea target design method, the type design method, the user group demand design method, and the space composition all factor design method. These methods are new ideas and methods for improving the quality of urban roads, and have a good guiding and promoting significance for improving the design of urban roads and even the overall urban space environment.
