Abstract:The Jinhua - Yiwu - Dongyang Intercity Rail Transit Project is the first rail transit line in interurban railway in the central Zhejiang region, which is 107 km long and is of great significance to the transportation development of the central Zhejiang region. The shield tunnel of this line has been basically completed. Considering itself structural characteristics of the shield tunnel and the geological situation of Jinhua region, it is necessary to carry out the status survey for the completed segment structures before the line operation, which provides the basis for the tunnel operation. The stand-up scanning technology based on FARO X series 3D laser scanner is introduced. There is no need to use the target ball for connecting stations. This technology is applied in the original state survey of tunnel in the first intercity rail transit line of Jinhua - Yiwu - Dongyang. The accuracy and reliability of horizontal convergence of shield tunnel segment calculated by 3D laser scanning technology are discussed. From the practical effect, the field work of using stand-up scanning technology is less. Its efficiency is more greatly improved than the traditional survey methods. The horizontal convergence measurement accuracy of tunnel segments is more reliable. And the technology has good applicability to the survey of the present situation of the formed tunnel.
