    摘要:

    目前采用外套钢管保护吊杆的系杆拱桥在检修吊杆内部较为困难,以及部分此类桥梁外套钢管参与受力,在钢管切割后难以恢复原有状态。为解决上述问题,本文设计了一种外套钢管连接装置。该装置利用梯形螺纹、法兰盘以及同步千斤顶等构件,实现无缝钢管的开窗检查以及内力调整。为检验该装置的可行性,对装置的焊缝、螺纹等薄弱部位进行强度、疲劳验算,以确认装置结构安全性,然后通过室内加载试验验证了装置实际性能以及功能可实现性,最后将该装置成功应用在实桥上,取得较好效果。

    Abstract:

    At present, it is difficult to repair the suspender of tied arch bridge with outer steel pipe to protect the suspender, and the outer steel pipe of some such bridges is involved in the stress, so it is difficult to restore the original state after the steel pipe is cut. In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs a kind of outer sleeve steel pipe connecting device. The device uses components such as trapezoidal thread, flange and synchronous Jack to realize the windowing inspection and internal force adjustment of seamless steel pipe. In order to test the feasibility of the device, the strength and fatigue of the weld, thread and other weak parts of the device are checked to confirm the structural safety of the device. Then, the actual performance and functional realizability of the device are verified through the indoor loading test. Finally, the device is successfully applied to the real bridge and achieved good results.
