Abstract:At present, it is difficult to repair the suspender of tied arch bridge with outer steel pipe to protect the suspender, and the outer steel pipe of some such bridges is involved in the stress, so it is difficult to restore the original state after the steel pipe is cut. In order to solve the above problems, this paper designs a kind of outer sleeve steel pipe connecting device. The device uses components such as trapezoidal thread, flange and synchronous Jack to realize the windowing inspection and internal force adjustment of seamless steel pipe. In order to test the feasibility of the device, the strength and fatigue of the weld, thread and other weak parts of the device are checked to confirm the structural safety of the device. Then, the actual performance and functional realizability of the device are verified through the indoor loading test. Finally, the device is successfully applied to the real bridge and achieved good results.
