Abstract:The finite element software Abaqus is used to simulate the shield excavation process of the upper-soft and lower-hard stratum. By calculating and analyzing the relationship between the supporting force ratio and the maximum horizontal displacement of the excavation face under the different working conditions, the safe shield thrust range in the construction of the tunnel in the upper-soft and lower-hard stratum is obtained. The results show that the maximum horizontal displacement of the excavation face increases with the decrease of supporting force ratio. The change law of the minimum supporting force obtained by the numerical simulation is consistent with the measured value, and the safe parameter range of the shield thrust is 4.9~6.8.
