    摘要:

    松浦大桥于1976年建成,主桥为两联96+112m跨双层钢桁桥,是黄浦江上重要过江通道。随着交通需求的增大及自身功能的变化,现对其进行原位大修工作。根据实际需求,本桥在改造过程中需保障过江非机动车通行正常,同时本桥邻近运营金山铁路且上跨黄浦江航道,施工组织及安全管理难度极大。项目实施中采用了多阶段的总体施工组织及多项安全措施,有效保障了项目顺利实施,为类似项目改造提供经验。

    Abstract:

    Construction Organization and Safety Management in in-situ Retrofitting of double-deck Steel Truss Bridge QIAN Guohui1 (1. Shanghai Municipal Road Transport Administrative Bureau., Shanghai 200025;) Abstract: The Songpu Bridge, originally built in 1976, was a double-deck steel truss bridge crossing the Huangpu River in Shanghai. The main bridge was composed of two 96+112m continuous riveted steel trusses. With the increase of traffic demand and the change of its own functions, the in-situ retrofitting shall be carried out. According to the External requirements, the bridge needs to ensure the traffic of non-motor vehicles during the retrofitting process. Meanwhile, the bridge is adjacent to the Jinshan railway and crosses the Huangpu River channel, so the construction organization and safety management are extremely difficult. Multi-stage overall construction organization and a number of safety measures were adopted in the implementation of the project, which effectively guaranteed the implementation of the project and provided experience for similar project transformation.
