    摘要:

    随着我国内河航道水上运输的发展,使得部分水运内河航道急需升级改造以适应日益发展的内河航道水运业的需要。以南河特大桥主桥整体顶升工程为研究对象,研究一种全新的桥梁整体顶升技术来进行升级改造,以满足内河通航需要。运用PLC液压同步控制技术,使同步顶升控制精度为±1.0 mm,从而保证顶升过程的同步性,确保顶升时桥梁上部结构的安全。通过对桥梁顶升方案的比选,选择液压千斤顶顶升、机械跟随千斤顶跟随保护的方式进行整体顶升。由于南河特大桥主桥顶升采用下部承台(盖梁)+上部梁体的顶升方式,结合主桥的结构特点和现场工况,采用两阶段施工的方法,保证桥梁整体顶升顺利实施。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: With the development of water transportation in inland waterways in China, it is urgent to upgrade and transform some inland waterways to suit the needs of the growing inland waterway industry. Taking the integral jacking project of the main bridge of Nanhe Bridge as the research object, a new integral jacking technology of the bridge is studied to upgrade and transform it to suit the needs of inland navigation. By using PLC hydraulic synchronization control technology, the synchronization jacking control accuracy is ±1.0 mm, which guarantees the synchronization of the jacking process and the safety of the bridge upper structure when jacking up. Through comparison and selection of bridge jacking schemes, hydraulic jack and mechanical servo Jack are selected for integral jacking. As the main bridge of Nanhe Bridge is jacked up by the method of lower cap (bent cap) + upper girder, combined with the structural characteristics of the main bridge and field conditions, the two-stage construction method is adopted to ensure the smooth implementation of the integral bridge jacking.
