Dash hignway project is located in the core area of the city. Its spatial location is relatively complex. It faces construction difficulties such as narrow construction area, small curve radius and grade separation. Considering the structural characteristics and engineering construction conditions of the bridge. Firstly, the alignment control method of pre elevation is determined with the help of software, and the deviation is corrected by cubic spline curve method, so that the predicted alignment is basically consistent with the measured alignment. Secondly, the construction error of cast-in-situ beam section and precast beam section and the problem of concrete shrinkage and creep are eliminated by setting wet pouring belt. Finally, a new hoisting auxiliary device is developed, which can realize the Trinity construction of section suspension fine adjustment, fixation and wet joint, which is more in line with the construction needs of urban core area.
