    摘要:悬臂拼装技术广泛应用于大型桥梁的建设中,是预制装配式桥梁实现标准化生产的关键技术之一。马来西亚DASH高架桥项目位于城市核心区,空间位置相对复杂,面临施工作业面狭小、小曲线半径以及立体交叉等施工难点。综合考虑该桥结构特点以及工程施工条件,首先借助软件确定了预抬高的线形控制方法,并通过三次样条曲线法进行纠偏,实现了预测线形与实测线形的基本吻合。其次通过设置湿浇带来消除现浇梁段与预制梁段的施工误差和混凝土收缩徐变的问题。最后,开发了一种新型吊装辅助装置,可实现节段悬空精调、固定、湿接缝三位一体施工,更加契合了城市核心区的施工需求。

    Abstract:?Cantilever assembly technology is widely used in the construction of large bridges. It is one of the key technologies to realize the standardized production of precast bridges. Dash hignway project is located in the core area of the city. Its spatial location is relatively complex. It faces construction difficulties such as narrow construction area, small curve radius and grade separation. Considering the structural characteristics and engineering construction conditions of the bridge. Firstly, the alignment control method of pre elevation is determined with the help of software, and the deviation is corrected by cubic spline curve method, so that the predicted alignment is basically consistent with the measured alignment. Secondly, the construction error of cast-in-situ beam section and precast beam section and the problem of concrete shrinkage and creep are eliminated by setting wet pouring belt. Finally, a new hoisting auxiliary device is developed, which can realize the Trinity construction of section suspension fine adjustment, fixation and wet joint, which is more in line with the construction needs of urban core area.
