Abstract:Tuhai River Bridge in Xinghua Road of Liaocheng is a 100 m+100 m single-pylon steel box girder cable-stayed bridge. The main pylon of this bridge is a lotus-shaped structure for the overall modeling, which is composed of two main pylon columns and one secondary pylon column. The main pylon column is connected with the secondary pylon column by the spatial plane stayed cables. The central axis of the bridge pylon is elliptical. The main and secondary pylons are 52.21 m and 47.65 m high respectively. The axis angle of the main pylon and the secondary pylon is 300. The main girder is the steel box girder with double-box single-chamber section. The girder is 40 m wide. The girder height at the center line is 3 m. The stayed cable is a fan-shaped spatial double cable plane, which is the parallel steel wire stayed cable with the standard strength of 1 770 MPa. There are 72 stayed cables in the whole bridge. The steel anchor box is used for anchoring the end of cable girder. The steel anchor box is welded to the outside of the side box of the steel box girder of the main girder. The pylon, base slab and pile foundations are the concrete structures. There are 34 φ1.8-m cast-in-place piles for the whole bridge. Each pile is 70 m high. The lotus-shaped single-pylon cable-stayed bridge is beautiful in shape and unique in creativity. At the same time to meet the requirements of various mechanical properties of the structure, it well reflects the characteristic culture of the water conservancy scenic spot of Lianhu Lake in Liaocheng, which makes the scenic spot a model of harmonious integration of architectural art.
