    为了研究水性环氧树脂用量对冷拌SMA-5沥青混合料路用性能的影响,分别探讨了水性环氧树脂掺量对冷拌SMA-5沥青混合料的施工和易性、开放交通时间、混合料强度、高温稳定性和水稳定性的影响规律。研究结果表明,在固定用水量6%的情况下,当水性环氧树脂掺量为15%时,混合料在拌合过程中出现了稠度增大,建议其掺量不超过15%为宜。与未掺水性环氧树脂相比,水性环氧树脂掺量为13%时,30 min和60 min的黏结力分别为2.1 N·m和2.8 N·m,混合料的1 d无侧限抗压强度提高了194%,3 d无侧限抗压强度提高了151%,冻融劈裂强度97%,浸水马歇尔强度比为99%,动稳定度超过4 000次/mm,均能满足规范要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the effect of water-based epoxy resin dosage on the pavement performance of cold-mixed SMA-5 asphalt mixture, the influence laws of water-based epoxy resin dosage on the construction peaceability, open traffic time, mixture strength, high-temperature stability and water stability of cold-mixed SMA-5 asphalt mixture are discussed respectively. The results show that when the water consumption is 6% and the water-based epoxy resin dosage is 15%, the consistence of the mixture increases in the mixing process. Ii is suggested that its dosage should not exceed 15%. Compared with the unmixed water-based epoxy resin, when the water-based epoxy resin dosage is 13%, the bonding strengths of 30 min and 60min are 2.1 N·m and 2.8 N·m respectively. The 1d unconfined compressive strength of the mixture is increased by 194%, the 3D unconfined compressive strength is increased by 151%, the freeze-thaw splitting strength is 97%, the immersion Marshall strength ratio is 99%, and the dynamic stability exceeds 4 000 times/mm, which can all meet the requirements of the specification.
