高差较大的相邻基坑同步施工工艺探索

摘要:

文章针对某个上海软土地区的工业建筑,在施工厂房主体与相邻水池的基坑时,由于两个基坑存在较大高差,施工过程中必须采取一系列措施才能确保质量、安全和工期。本文结合该项目的实际施工,分析了存在的问题以及可改进的措施,对于有较大高差、但又因距离过近不能独立围护施工的基坑,对其同步施工工艺进行研究探讨。

Abstract:

Aiming at an industrial building in a soft soil area of Shanghai, a series of measures must be taken to ensure the quality, safety and construction period during the construction of the foundation pit of the main workshop and the adjacent pool, because of the large height difference between the two foundation pits. Combined with the actual construction of the project, this paper analyzes the existing problems and the measures that can be improved. For the foundation pit with a large height difference, but it can"t be supported independently because of the too close distance, the synchronous construction technology is studied and discussed.
