城市快速路功能定位和出入口设置—以石家庄为例

建设快速路是城市拉开发展框架、扩充道路容量以及缓解交通拥堵的重要手段。结合石家庄市快速路网的规划和建设经验,分析快速路在中心城区段的复合型功能定位,应考虑兼顾道路扩容、应急救援通道、主干路标准提升等多种功能,快速路出入口应结合横向主干道路尽可能选择在路口设置,并应结合城市发展规模、路网密度等全面衡量出入口设置间距。以期能为后续有关城市研究快速路网的规划设计提供一些有益参考。

Abstract:

The construction of urban expressway is an important means for cities to widen development framework, expand road capacity and alleviate traffic congestion. In the light of Shijiazhuang"s experience in the planning and construction of the urban expressway network, this paper analyzes the complex functional orientations of expressways in the central urban areas, taking into account the multiple functions of road capacity expansion, emergency rescue access and upgrading of the standards of arterial roads. It finds that the entrance and exit of expressways should combined with intersecting arterial roads and be set at the intersection as far as possible, and should be measured by the scale of urban development and the density of road network. It is expected to provide some useful references for the planning and design of urban research expressway network in the future.
