    摘要:

    以麻涌大桥拆除重建工程为例,结合现场实际情况,通过方案比选,采用化整为零分块切割吊装法拆除带挂梁的T型刚构桥总体方案。重点介绍架桥机分片拆除T梁、挂梁,T构箱梁的拆除关键技术,详细阐述分块切割、吊装孔布置、吊运等方案。该桥拆除施工关键技术安全、经济、可行,对一些施工条件受限以及安全要求较高的市政道路旧桥拆除施工具有一定的参考意义。

    Abstract:

    Taking the demolition and reconstruction project of Ma Chung Bridge as an example, combined with the actual situation of the site, through the comparison of schemes, the overall scheme of the T-type rigid bridge with hanging beams is dismantled by the zero-block cutting and hoisting method. It focuses on the key technologies for the dismantling of T girders, hanging girders and T-frame box girders by bridge erection machines, and elaborates on the schemes of block cutting, hoisting hole arrangement, and lifting and transportation. The key technology of the bridge demolition construction is safe, economical and feasible, and has certain reference significance for the demolition of some old bridges on municipal roads with limited construction conditions and high safety requirements.
