Abstract:The main bridge of Chetian River Bridge is a 280 m half-through steel box basket-shaped arch. The arch rib is the full welded steel box structure. The cable hoisting and cable-stayed buckle technology is adopted for the installation of arch rib. The cantilever assembly construction technologies of the arch rib segment of the bridge are introduced, such as the accurate positioning of location bracket for the first segment of arch rib, the precise installation of cable hoister cooperated with cable-stayed buckle system for the standard segment of arc rib, and the technologies of continuous observation, hoisting posture simulation and accurate matching cutting to realize the smooth closure of arch ribs, which can provide the reference for the similar projects.
