    摘要:

    独塔混合梁斜拉桥加劲梁由钢与混凝土两种不同材料组成,主跨采用钢结构,跨越能力优越,边跨采用混凝土结构,具有良好的锚固作用,其经济性和技术性优势明显。施工过程控制是在确保斜拉桥施工安全的前提下,同时尽可能使桥梁建成后的结构内力、线形与设计期望相符,对斜拉桥施工过程进行研究极为必要。本文以佛山市三水三桥为研究对象,采用大型有限元分析软件Midas/Civil建立全桥计算仿真模型,根据实际施工阶段,对实施过程进行仿真分析,以确定桥梁结构在施工过程中是否满足规范要求。相关结论可为同类型桥梁施工过程控制提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    The stiffened beam of a single-tower hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge is composed of two different materials, steel and concrete. The main span adopts steel structure, which has superior spanning ability, and the side span adopts concrete structure, which has good anchoring effect and obvious economic and technical advantages. The construction process control is to ensure the safety of the cable-stayed bridge construction, and at the same time, try to make the structural internal force and line shape of the bridge conform to the design expectations as much as possible. It is extremely necessary to study the construction process of the cable-stayed bridge. This paper takes the Sanshui Third Bridge in Foshan City as the research object, and uses the large-scale finite element analysis software Midas/Civil to establish a full bridge calculation simulation model. According to the actual construction stage, the implementation process is simulated and analyzed to determine whether the bridge structure meets the requirements. The relevant conclusions can provide some reference for the construction process control of the same type of bridges.
