运用信息化平台探索运营管理精细化

摘要:

本文以特定大型国有功能性企业为视角,探索在企业业务的范围广、业务内容复杂的背景下,如何运用数字化的手段,通过建立一套整体层面的信息化管理平台,实现企业自身资源数据的整合、提升企业生产运营的效率,提高企业自身管理水平。同时,在搭建运营管理信息化平台的基础上,如何进一步用好智能化的管理手段,结合企业业务的实际开展,相互推动促进,持续提升企业运营管理的精细化水平,满足城市发展以及市民生活的需求,进行了三个方面的思考。

Abstract:

Focus on particular state-owned functional enterprise, of which the scope of business is complex. By using digital tools to establish an informatization platform to integrate resources of the enterprise, raise the level of management and the efficiency in production. And by using the tool of informatization platform, explore ways to advance the delicacy management of operation, and to satisfy the development need of the city and its citizens through three aspects.
