水环境治理技术在漳州排洪港建设中的应用

    摘要:

    随着经济和社会的发展,水环境治理技术在城市河道综合整治中应用越来越广泛。该文以漳州排洪港河道为例,按流域治理理念,以防洪排涝功能为前提,以水质改善为核心,以截污治污、生态补水为保障,通过生态护岸建设、河道疏浚、生态海绵、河道景观和长效管理等工程措施,提高了排洪港河道的行洪能力,沿河道打造出水城交融的生态绿廊,提升了城市形象,满足了市民休闲、美观和生态的需求。本次漳州排洪港河道的成功治理为今后同类型的河道水环境综合整治提供了有益的参考。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the economy and society, water environment governance technology has been more and more widely used in the comprehensive regulation of urban river courses. This paper analyzed the construction of Zhangzhou Flood Discharge Channel, which is carried out according to the river basin governance philosophy and aims to realize the function of flood control and drainage, improve water quality, intercept and control pollution, and supply ecological water. With a series of engineering measures such as ecological revetment construction, river channel dredging, ecological sponge, river landscape and long-term management, the construction project improves the flood discharge capacity of the channel, creates an ecological green corridor integrating water and city along the channel, improves the image of the city, and meets the needs of citizens for leisure, aesthetics and ecology. The successful management of Zhangzhou Flood Discharge Channel provides a useful reference for the comprehensive regulation of river water environment of the same type in the future.
