推进上海市水闸设施运维管理标准化探讨

上海市泵闸设施在河道整治中发挥着重要作用,在发挥河道的排水和水资源调度作用的同时也提高了地区除涝能力,促进人与自然的协调发展。因此,泵闸设施的运行管理与日常维护养护应给予高度的重视。根据水利部印发的《关于推进水利工程标准化管理的指导意见》、《水利工程标准化管理评价办法》及其评价标准要求,结合本市实际,本文阐述了本市水闸设施运行管理的基本情况,分析了存在的主要瓶颈问题,提出了相关的措施建议,希望为今后推进水闸设施运行管理标准化工作提供帮助。

Abstract:

the pump and gate facilities in Shanghai play an important role in river regulation. They not only play the role of river drainage and water resources regulation, but also improve the regional waterlogging removal capacity and promote the coordinated development of human and nature. Therefore, great attention should be paid to the operation management and daily maintenance of pump gate facilities. According to the guiding opinions on promoting the standardized management of water conservancy projects, the evaluation methods for the standardized management of water conservancy projects and the requirements of the evaluation standards issued by the Ministry of water resources, combined with the actual situation of this city, this paper expounds the basic situation of the operation and management of sluice facilities in this city, analyzes the main bottleneck problems, and puts forward relevant measures and suggestions, hoping to provide help for promoting the standardization of the operation and management of sluice facilities in the future.
