    在顶管工程设计中,超长距离顶管顶力设计多依据现行规范,但在工程实践中发现,按现行规范计算所得的顶力与施工中实测的顶力有一定偏差。以苏州阳澄湖地区某市政取水输水项目为例,结合工程中2 686 m、1 304 m等数段成功顶管案例,探讨了超长距离钢顶管顶力的设计,并与现行规范进行对比,提出规范中给出的采用触变泥浆减阻,管壁与土体平均摩阻力参考值的修改意见,对今后同类工程具有借鉴和指导意义。通过对目前顶管工程中摩阻力的调研,作为《给水排水工程顶管技术规程》(CECS 246:2008)中触变泥浆减阻管壁与土体的平均摩阻力的修编依据。

    Abstract:

    In the design of pipe jacking engineering, the jacking force design of extra-long distance pipe jacking is also based on the current specifications. But in the practical projects, it is found that the jacking force obtained according to the current specifications has a certain difference from the measured jacking force in the construction. Taking the municipal water intaking and conveying project in Yangcheng Lake Area of Suzhou as an example, combined with the successful pipe jacking cases of 2 686 m and 1 304 m projects, the design of extra-long distance steel pipe jacking is discussed. And compared with the current specifications, the suggestions for modifying the reference value of average frictional resistance between pipe wall and soil by using thixotropic mud for drag reduction given in the specifications are put forward, which has the reference and guiding significance to the similar projects in the future.
