低进水负荷CASS工艺的启动与试运行

    摘要:

    为了解决新区新建污水厂普遍存在的启动初期进水水量和水质偏低导致调试周期长、出水水质不稳定等问题,从CASS工艺的特点出发,结合典型的污水厂案例,在对原设计的运行模式、运行周期、污泥负荷、混合液回流比等关键参数进行针对性地调整和优化后,CASS池能克服低进水负荷的前提下,在较短的时间内启动并在试运行阶段出水各项指标约能稳定达到设计标准。可为同类污水厂所面临的低水量负荷的启动和试运行提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of low inlet water quantity and water quality in the initial stage of the new sewage plant in the new area, such as long commissioning cycle and unstable effluent water quality, starting from the characteristics of the CASS process, combined with typical sewage plant cases, after targeted adjustment and optimization of key parameters such as the original design operation mode, operating cycle, sludge load, mixed liquid return ratio, etc., the CASS pool can overcome the low inlet water load. In a short period of time to start and in the trial operation stage of the water indicators can be about stable to meet the design standards. It can provide a reference for the start-up and commissioning of low-volume water loads faced by similar sewage plants.
