    摘要:

    随着城市轨道建设的蓬勃发展,地铁区间施工时面临的下穿工程越来越复杂,尤其是近距离下穿大直径输水、排水管线,不仅要保证施工时地铁区间和管线的安全,更要保证地铁运营后两者的安全。因此,盾构开挖对既有管线的影响分析至关重要。结合沈阳市地铁某出入线工程,采用有限元软件MIDAS GTS模拟地铁盾构掘进对大直径输水管线的影响,通过现场监测结果对计算结果进行验证。经过对比分析后,验证了所采取的措施是合理可靠的,为今后盾构区间下穿输水管线提供了有益的参考。

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of urban rail construction, the underpass engineering in subway construction is becoming more and more complicated, especially the large-diameter water distribution or drainage pipeline in a close distance. It is necessary to ensure the safety of not only the construction shield interval and pipeline, but also the safety of both after subway operation. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the impact of shield excavation on existing pipelines. Combined with the project of Shenyang metro siding, using finite element software MIDAS GTS simulation of subway shield tunneling on the influence of large diameter water distribution line, and through the field monitoring results validate the result of the calculation.After comparison and analysis, to verify the effectiveness of the measures taken are reasonable and reliable, and provides a beneficial reference for the future of shield interval undercrossing water distribution pipeline.
