Abstract:以南京市某老城区污水处理提质增效项目为案例,根据管道检测评估结果,分析了管道健康状况,结合管道缺陷情况、作业环境和非开挖修复工艺的特点、适用条件和经济效益,进行了修复方案设计。介绍了紫外光原位固化、点状原位固化、不锈钢快速锁及检查井离心喷涂四种非开挖修复技术在污水处理提质增效项目中的应用,对非开挖修复效果进行了评估,可为类似工程提供参考。 Abstract: Taking the sewage treatment quality improvement and efficiency improvement project of an old city in Nanjing as a case, according to the results of pipeline inspection and evaluation, the health status of the pipeline is analyzed, and the repair schemes is designed based on the pipeline defects, operating environment, characteristics of trenchless restoration process, applicable conditions and economic benefits. This paper introduces the application of four trenchless rehabilitation technologies, UV cured-in-place pipe, spot cured-in-place pipe, stainless steel expansion ring seal and centrifugal spraying in inspection Wells, in the project of improving quality and efficiency of sewage treatment, and evaluates the effect of trenchless remediation, which can provide reference for similar projects.
